Anne Jacqueline Hathaway (born November 12, 1982) is an Academy Award winning American movie and stage actress. She played the princess in The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2. In Tim Burton's 2010 movie, Alice in Wonderland, she played the White Queen. She played Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's 2012 superhero movie The Dark Knight Rises and Fantine in Les Misérables.
