"Ballad of a Teenage Queen" is a 1958 song by Johnny Cash and was recorded for the compilation album Sings the Songs That Made Him Famous. It went to number 14 in the United States, number 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts and number 2 in Australia. It was re-recorded in 1987 by Rosanne Cash featuring The Everly Brothers and made number 45 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts.
