Bitter almond cookie
Bitter almond cookie (Turkish: [Acı badem kurabiyesi] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a traditional Turkish cookie.
It is made of bitter almonds, sugar and egg whites and topped with almonds. Its paste contains almond extract. A bitter almond cookie is similar to a macaroon.
