Bo Bice
Harold Elwin "Bo" Bice, Jr (born November 1, 1975[2]) is an American singer. He was a runner-up on American Idol.

In 2003, Bice was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. He avoided jail time by agreeing to enter a drug program.[3][4][1]
