Boulogne-sur-Mer
Boulogne-sur-Mer is a commune. It is in Nord-Pas-de-Calais in the Pas-de-Calais department in the north of France. Boulogne-sur-Mer set its record high temperature (35.4°C or 95.7°F) in July 2015. The record had been 34.8°C in Aug. 11, 2003.[1]
