Brett Andrew Hull (born August 9, 1964 in Belleville, Ontario) is a retired professional American-Canadian ice hockey right winger that played 21 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Calgary Flames, St. Louis Blues, Dallas Stars, Detroit Red Wings and Phoenix Coyotes organizations. He won the Stanley Cup 2 times, once in 1999 with the Dallas Stars and once in 2002 with the Detroit Red Wings. He also won a silver medal with Team USA at the 2002 Winter Olympics. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2009. His father is Bobby Hull and he is the nephew of Dennis Hull. He was nicknamed "The Golden Brett" which was a play off of his father's nickname, "The Golden Jet".
