Burkhard Driest
Burkhard Driest (28 April 1939[1][2] — 28 February 2020) was a German actor, writer and director. He was perhaps best known for his acting work in Sam Peckinpah's Cross of Iron and Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Querelle.[3] He was born in Stettin.
Driest died on 28 February 2020 in Berlin of a long-illness, aged 80.[4]
