Cairo International Stadium
The Cairo International Stadium is a large stadium in Cairo, Egypt. It has a capacity of 75,000 people, and is the most visited stadium in Egypt.[1] The stadium was opened in 1960. It was designed by Werner March, the same man who also designed the Berlin Olympic Stadium.
The stadium hosts matches from the Egypt national team, Al Ahly, and Zamalek SC.
Many games in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations were played at this stadium, including the final between Algeria and Senegal.
