Camden County, North Carolina
Camden County is a county in the U.S. state of North Carolina. In 2000, 6,885 people lived there. Its county seat is the town of Camden. Camden County is the first and only consolidated city-county in North Carolina.

History
The county was made in 1777 from the northeastern part of Pasquotank County.
