Cecil County, Maryland
Cecil County is a county in the U.S. state of Maryland. As of the 2020 census, the population was 103,725.[1] The county seat is Elkton.[2] Cecil is named after Cecil Calvert, the first Proprietary Governor of the Province (colony) of Maryland.
