Charavadia Kolis of Gujarat
The Charavadia Koli, or Charawadia Koli (also spelled as Charavadiya Koli,[1] Charawadiya Koli, Charwadia Koli and Charvadiya Koli) is a clan of Koli caste found in the Indian state of Gujarat.[2]
Origin and distribution
The Charavadia Kolis originated from Bokadthamba village and in 2019, Their population was 700 only and the Bokadthamba village is inhebited by only Charavadia clan of Chunvalia Kolis.[1]
Around 1500 A. D., The ruler of Wankaner State gave the Bokadthamba village to four Chunvalia Koli brothers and now Charavadias are descendants of those Koli brothers.[3][4]
