Charlie Adler

He is known for his roles as Buster Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures, Ed and Bev Bighead in Rocko's Modern Life, Dinko in Pet Alien, Ickis in Aaahh!!! Real Monsters and Starscream in Transformers film series.[1]
