Chełm (Ukrainian: Холм, romanized: Kholmcode: uk is deprecated ; German: Cholmcode: de is deprecated ) is a city in Lublin Voivodeship in Poland. It is about 25 km (16 mi) from the border with Ukraine. In 2015, 63,949 people lived there.
