Chester, Pennsylvania
Chester is a city in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. With a population of 32,605 at the 2020 census, it is the largest city in Delaware County.[1] It is located on the western bank of the Delaware River between the cities of Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware.
