Constant Lievens

Constant Lievens, the Chota Nagpur Apostle

Constant Lievens (11 April 1856, in Moorslede, Belgium – 7 November 1893, in Leuven, Belgium) is a Belgian (Flemish) Jesuit priest, missionary among the tribal peoples of India. He is regarded as the apostle of the Chotanagpur (Jharkhand and Chattisgarh states in central India).
