County Galway

County Galway (Irish: Contae na Gaillimhecode: ga is deprecated ) is a county in Ireland. It is in the West Region and is also part of the province of Connacht. It is named after the city of Galway. The population of the county is 250,541 according to the 2011 census.^[1]
