David Peterson

David Peterson (born December 28, 1943) is a Canadian former was the 20th premier of Ontario from 1985 to 1990. He was the first Liberal to be Premier of Ontario in 42 years. His government lasted until 1990 when his party lost to the Ontario New Democratic Party led by Bob Rae.
