David Ramsay (Ontario politician)

David James Ramsay (April 23, 1948 – July 29, 2020) was an Australian-born Canadian politician. He was elected as a New Democratic member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in 1985. He retired in 2011. Ramsay was born in Sydney. He was a member of the New Democrat and later switched parties to Liberal.

Ramsay died on July 29, 2020 at his home in Belle Vallée, Ontario at the age of 72.
