David Wilson, Baron Wilson of Tillyorn

David Clive Wilson, Baron Wilson of Tillyorn, (born 14 February 1935) is a retired Scottish administrator, diplomat and Sinologist. He was the 27th Governor of Hong Kong (from 1987 to 1992). He was Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, the British Monarch's representative to the Assembly, in 2010 and 2011.
