Diana Douglas
Diana Love Dill (January 22, 1923 – July 3, 2015) was a Bermudian-born American actress who was professionally known as Diana Douglas.

Dill was known for her marriage to Kirk Douglas which lasted from 1943 until their divorce in 1951. She was the mother of actors Michael and Joel Douglas.
Early life
Douglas was born Diana Love Dill in the Devonshire Parish in Bermuda to a British father who was a colonel and an American mother.
Career
Douglas began her career as an actress in 1942. Since then, she has appeared in over 50 movies. Some of her well-known roles were as Susan Rogers in the 1955 movie The Indian Fighter (co-starring Kirk Douglas) and as Peg in the 1987 comedy movie Planes, Trains and Automobiles. She was also known for her recurring role as Martha Evans on Days of Our Lives (1977-1979, 1982).
She appeared in It Runs in the Family with her son Michael and her ex-husband Kirk. She retired in 2008.
Death
Douglas died on July 3, 2015 from cancer at her home in Woodland Hills, California, aged 92.[1]
