Donald Carcieri
Donald Louis Carcieri[1] (/kərˈtʃɪri/ kər-CHEER-ee; Italian: [karˈtʃɛːri]; born December 16, 1942) is an American politician and businessman. He was the 73rd Governor of Rhode Island from January 2003 to January 2011.[2]
