Dr. Tangalanga
Julio Victorio De Rissio (10 November 1916 – 26 December 2013), or Dr. Tangalanga, was a famous Argentine comedian, actor and writer. He was known for his prank phone calls to people who were not expecting it.

Tangalanga was born in Buenos Aires. His career began in 1964. Tangalanga died in Buenos Aires from natural causes. He was aged 97.[1]
