Fall River County, South Dakota
Fall River County is a county located in the southwest corner of the U.S. state of South Dakota. As of the 2010 census, 7,094 people lived there.[1] Its county seat is Hot Springs.[2] The county was created in 1883. It is named for Fall River which runs through it.[3]
