Türkçe: 1855 yılında James Robertson tarafından çekilen ve ilk dönerci fotoğrafı olduğu kabul edilen kare. Karenin solundaki ahşap masanın üzerinde kuzu eti parçaları ve masanın diğer ucunda da arkasındaki çengele dizilmiş, odun kömürü ateşinde dönerek pişen döner kebap bulunuyor.

العربية: أقدم صورةٍ معروفةٍ لدونر كباب (نوعٌ من الكباب المصنوع من اللحم المطبوخ على مشواةٍ عموديّة)، التقطها المصور الإنجليزي جيمس روبرتسون عام 1855 ميلاديًا في الدولة العثمانية. يظهر على يسار الطاولة الخشبيَّة قطعةٌ من لحم الضأن، أما على الجانب الأيمن فيظهر دونر كباب على مشواةٍ عموديّة. |
