Francisco Pinto Balsemão

Francisco José Pereira Pinto Balsemão (Portuguese pronunciation: [fɾɐ̃ˈsiʃku ˈpĩtu baɫsɨˈmɐ̃w̃]; born 1 September 1937 in Lisbon), is a Portuguese businessman, former journalist and retired politician. He served as Prime Minister of Portugal, from 1981 to 1983.
