German Church, Stockholm
The German Church (German: [Deutsche Kirche] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help), Swedish: [Tyska kyrkan] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)), sometimes called Saint Gertrude's Church (Swedish: [Sankta Gertruds kyrka] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)), is a church in Gamla stan, the old town in central Stockholm in Sweden. It belongs to the German Saint Gertrude Parish of the Church of Sweden.[1]

The altarpiece in the German Church, Svartmangatan 16, Old Town, Stockholm. The altar in Baroque is almost 10 meters high and was created by Markus Hebel (died 1664) from Holstein in Germany in the mid-17th century.
