Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), generally known as Habitat for Humanity or Habitat, is an international, non-governmental, and nonprofit organization, which was founded in 1976 by Linda and Millard Fuller. The organization focuses on building homes for refugees, natural disaster locations, and the homeless.
Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization. The international operational headquarters are located in Americus, Georgia, United States, with the administrative headquarters located in Atlanta.[1]
As of 2020, Habitat for Humanity operates in all 50 U.S. states and more than 70 countries.[2]
