Henning Voscherau
Henning Voscherau (13 August 1941 – 24 August 2016) was a German politician. He was a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. He was the first mayor of Hamburg from 1988 until 1997. He was the President of the Bundesrat from 1990 until 1991.
