Herbert Morrison
Herbert Stanley Morrison, Baron Morrison of Lambeth, (3 January 1888 – 6 March 1965) was a British Labour politician.

He was Minister of Transport during the 1929–1931 Labour Government. He became Leader of the London County Council in the 1930s. He lost to Clement Attlee in the Labour leadership election that year, but later acted as Home Secretary.
