Ichiro Abe
Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value). was a Japanese judoka. He was head of the Promotions Panel at the Kodokan. He was also in charge of the All Nippon Judo Federation.[1] He was one of only two living Kodokan 10th dan.[1][2] He was director of the Kodokan International from 1969 to 1997 and director of the Kodokan Council from 1997 to 2004.
