John Derek
John Derek (born Derek Delevan Harris; August 12, 1926 – May 22, 1998) was an American actor, director, screenwriter, producer and photographer.[1] He appeared in many movies such as Knock on Any Door, All the King's Men (both 1949), and Rogues of Sherwood Forest (1950).
He was known for his marriage with Bo Derek, which lasted from 1976 until his death in 1998. He was born in Los Angeles.
Derek died on May 22, 1998 from heart disease in Santa Maria, California at the age of 71.[2]
