K-swing

K-swing is a dance style and movement in South Korea.[1] It is based on Swing music. The movement began in the early twenty-first century in Seoul. At first it was a copy of American swing, but in time it has changed.[1] Performance by a group of dancers supported by the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, Korean Foundation for International Culturral Exchange 'K-Arts On the Go' was designed to give K-swing American exposure.[2] The performances in New York City were scheduled for July 2025.[2][3]
