Kerim Alajbegovic

Kerim Alajbegovic (born 21 September 2007 in Cologne, Germany) is a Bosnian-German football player. He plays as forwward for the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Red Bull Salzburg.

Career

Alajbegović began his career at 1. FC Köln. For the 2021/22 season, he joined Bayer 04 Leverkusen's youth team. He made his Leverkusen debut for the U-17 team in April 2022 at the age of 14. In the 2023/24 season, he played for Bayer's U-19 team. In October 2024, the attacker made his first appearance for Leverkusen's first team squad against SV Elversberg. He never made a first-team appearance.

For the 2025/26 season, Alajbegović moved to Austrian Bundesliga club FC Red Bull Salzburg. He made his professional debut for Salzburg in July 2025, when he came on as a substitute for Oscar Gloukh in the 87th minute of the second round of UEFA Champions League qualification against Brann Bergen. He scored his first goal on 9 August 2025 in the second round league match versus Grazer AK.

International

Alajbegovic played for all of Bosnia's youth national teams. In September 2024, at the age of 16, he made his U-21 debut.
