The rules are as long as they have a single edit no matter how old that you can't usurp. However I will look through some archives to see if there is any precedent. I know, but does that account meet policy on simple? It seems like it is intended to represent (officially or unofficially) Brooklyn Community Access Television (BCAT). Accounts representing groups are not allowed on en per their username policy. Does simple share this restriction?
