Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, known in Japan as Hoshi no Kirby 64 (星のカービィ64 Hoshi no Kābī Rokujūyon?, lit. "Kirby of the Stars 64"), is a platform video game made by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 game console. It came out on the Wii's Virtual Console. It stars Kirby as he tries to fight a monster called Dark Matter along with Ribbon, Waddle Dee, Adoleine, and King Dedede. It introduces the concept of combining abilities. Kirby can combine two abilities to make a new one.
