Langtang National Park
The Langtang National Park is a national park in Nepal. In 1976, 1,710 km2 (660 sq mi) area was changed into this national park. It is the first Himalayan national park. The National Park lies in 3 districts around central Himalaya Region of Nepal which are Nuwakot, Rasuwa, and Sindhupalchok. [1]
There are 14 types of vegetations in 18 types of ecosystems in this national park.[2] The holy lake Gosainkunda at the elevation of 14,100 ft(4,300 m) is major spotlight of the Lantang National Park.[3]
