Leyland Motors
Leyland Motors Limited (later known as the Leyland Motor Corporation) started in the town of Leyland, Lancashire, England. It started as a bus manufacturing company but soon started to make trucks too. The factory locations included Spurrier Works in Leyland. A new factory was opened in Workington where the Leyland National Bus was produced from 1972 to 1985.
