Linda Lavin
Linda Lavin (born October 15, 1937) is an American actress and singer. She is known for playing the main character in the sitcom Alice and for her stage roles both on Broadway and Off-Broadway.

She had her first Tony Award nomination in Last of the Red Hot Lovers in 1970. In 1987, she won a Tony Award for her role in Broadway Bound.[1] Lavin won two Golden Globe Awards in 1978 and 1979.
