Madura Kulatunga
Madura Kulatunga (Sinhala: මධුර කුලතුංග; born March 23, 1980) is a Sri Lankan software engineer and the founder of Madura English–Sinhala Dictionary.[1][2][3]

Early life
Kulatunga studied at Royal College, Colombo 7 and earn his Master of Science in Information Technology degree in Sikkim Manipal University.[4][5] He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.[6][7]
Career
Kulatunga saw an opportunity to transform the printed English-Sinhala dictionaries,[8][9][10] which was difficult to use.[11][12][13] He decided to create an electronic English-Sinhala dictionary.[14][15][16] Then he went on to develop the Madura English–Sinhala Dictionary computer software which has popular in Sri Lanka.[17][18][19] He was the founder of the world's first online English-Sinhala dictionary.[20][21][22][23]
