Malusare Koli

The Malusare Koli[1] (also spelled as Maloosare Koli and Malsure Koli)[2] is a clan (Gotra, Kutumb) of Koli caste mostly found in the Indian state of Maharashtra and the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and nearby areas. Kolis of Malusare clan were known as Mavala because of their service in Maratha Empire and most known Koli family from Malusare was of Tanaji Malusare.[3][4][5]
