Mary Carlisle
Mary Carlisle (born Gwendolyn L. Witter; February 3, 1914 – August 1, 2018) was a retired American actress, dancer and singer. She was known for her roles in Long Live the King, Madame Satan, College Humor, Double or Nothing, and Doctor Rhythm.

Carlisle was born on February 3, 1914 in Boston, Massachusetts. She was married to James Blakeley from 1942 until his death in 2007. They had one child. In 2010, aged 98, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Carlisle became the last known sole surviving "WAMPAS Baby Star".[1]
Carlisle died on August 1, 2018 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles at the age of 104.[2]
