Michel Rocard

Michel Rocard (French: [miʃɛl ʁɔkaʁ]; 23 August 1930 – 2 July 2016[1]) was a French politician. He was a member of the Socialist Party (PS). He served as Prime Minister under François Mitterrand from 1988 to 1991.[2]
