Midland–Odessa shooting
On August 31, 2019, multiple people were shot from a vehicle traveling between and in the Texas cities of Odessa and Midland.[1]

Odessa police announced five deaths (including the shooter) and 21 injuries (including three police), and described the shooter as a white male in his mid-30s, shot and killed by police outside a movie theater as he fired at them again.[2][3][4]
