USA Today is a daily newspaper founded by Al Neuharth. It has the most readers of any daily newspaper in the United States. About 2.25 million copies are sold on a weekday. It comes second worldwide. The Times of India sells about 2.6 million copies on a weekday.
The paper was founded in 1982. It is more colorful than other national newspapers, like The New York Times or Wall Street Journal. Its use of graphics makes its content rather like a tabloid.
The paper takes national polls before elections. It is connected, through its owners Gannet Company, to the TV show USA Today. It also has a news website.[1]
