Moirang Salai

Moirang (Meitei: ꯃꯣꯏꯔꯥꯡ, also called Moilang in old Meitei) is one of the seven main clans of the Meitei people in Manipur, India. It includes many family groups called Yumnaks. These families have lived in Manipur since ancient times.[1] Moirang is also known for its rich culture, especially the famous story of Khamba and Thoibi.
