Monica Roberts
Monica Roberts (May 4, 1962 – October 5, 2020) was an African-American blogger, writer, and transgender rights activist. She was the founding editor of TransGriot, a blog focusing on issues about to trans women, many of which minorities.[1] She was born in Houston, Texas.
Roberts died on October 5, 2020 in Houston from a pulmonary embolism at the age of 58.[2][3]
