Montgomery County, Illinois
Montgomery County is a county in the U.S. state of Illinois. According to the 2020 census, it had a population of 28,288.[1] The county seat is Hillsboro.[2][3] and largest city is Litchfield.
Montgomery County was founded in 1821.
