Mount Manipur
Mount Manipur, formerly known as Mount Harriet, is a mountain in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in India. It is the third highest mountain in the archipelago, having a height of 383 metres (1,257 feet). The former name "Mount Harriet" was officially renamed as "Mount Manipur" on 17 October 2021, by the Government of India, in tribute to the freedom fighters of Manipur.[1][2][3] The Mount Manipur National Park (formerly, Mount Harriet National Park) is a part of the mountain and a popular tourist destination in the archipelago.
