New Democracy (Greece)
New Democracy (ND; Greek: Νέα Δημοκρατία, Nea Dimokratia) is a liberal-conservative political party in Greece. Konstantinos Karamanlis founded the party in 1974. It is a center-right party, with many liberal ideas. Its main rival is the Panhellenic Socialist Movement, commonly known as PASOK.
