The Junior College was established in 1961^[1] with one academic department: Early Childhood Education.^{[注 1]}^[1]
A second academic department, Domestic Sciences,^{[注 2]} was added and started accepting students From 1964^[1] to April,1971. It closed on March 31, 1973.^[2]
The last year of accepting students was 1994. It closed on November 19, 1996.^[2]
